Ushering in the New

With the coming of the New Year, we are welcoming a new beginning. This is a time of change, how fully will you allow yourself to embrace this?

What are you ready to release and transform as you step into a new way of being?

Who will you become once you let go of the things by which you have defined yourself?

When you are no longer the allergy, the rosacea, the diet, the illness, the fear.

It may feel like you are losing a part of yourself, without which you will no longer be able to survive.

It is letting go of the illusion of control. The things you manufactured to keep things just so, so that you could manage and keep yourself in a state of perceived balance.

It worked for you, until it didn’t.

It is natural to want to have more; fuller lives, greater joy, abundance and freedom.  With this comes a sense of dissatisfaction or unease, prompting you to look for the situations and tools that will allow you to unfold and to grow into the person that you are destined to become. It is all there for you, which way you go about attaining it is your choice.

Choose ease and beauty, kindness for yourself and for your own individual journey.

Allow yourself to sit with these feelings. There is no need to define or dissect them, to analyze the meaning behind them. Step out of the mind and into the heart. Allow the feelings to flow through you and release them, making room for more of what you do want in your life.

This is a new moment of transformation, embrace it and know that you are held, valued and loved.
